the buffet breakfast had many vegetarian options. there were also many varieties offered. the swimming pool was large and great for swimming during low tides. the beach had many lounges.
the coverlet and bed runner had mould stains. there was a musty smell in the room. the shower head and faucet were not in the best condition and this. the water temperature was tepid and the water was hard. it had a slight odor.

The hotel security guards patrolled the beach. This meant vendors did not bother guests. The children enjoyed the pools and playground areas very much. We found the breakfast and dinner service to be very good.
The gym only had a limited selection of equipment.

Excellent Family Holiday Experience

I appreciated the hotel security personnel patrolling the beach. They ensured vendors did not disturb us. The staff also kept monkeys from stealing our snacks. My children enjoyed the playground and swimming pools very much. The food was good. Even picky eaters liked it, especially the grilled prawns with coconut rice from the beach restaurant.
The hotel facility needs a facelift. Some parts looked old. I think the management should refurbish to keep up with the 5-star rating and provide an enjoyable stay for all guests.

The main restaurant staff were warm. They helped us celebrate a birthday and made a cake. Hotel assistants seemed very cute to all guests. Their politeness.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel provided enough toiletries in the rooms for our needs. Air conditioning worked very well. It kept the room cool at all times during the day.
